Muttmatchers Messenger - Companion Animals for Adoption
is a complimentary placement and pet rescue publication (subscriptions are also available).
It is published bi-monthly and is packed full of opportunity
for the adoption or fostering of a pet, volunteering,
or being a place of distribution for the paper.
They also accept stories.
If you have a pet that you can no longer take care of and needs a new home,
or if you are a private party and have an animal for adoption,
let them help you find a new forever-home for your pet
by ordering a Private Adoption Ad.
They believe home to home adoptions are better at times for all considered.
They do not sell animals for breeders.

Kindred Souls Foundation volunteers have brought a number of their adoptables into each of our stores this past winter. Each dog and cat has it's own story of how they came to be available for adoption. They are brought into the store by their foster parents, spend the day meeting and greeting everyone, doing their part to spread the word that if anyone needs a forever friend, they are available, and then they go back home each evening. If you have ever thought of volunteering your talents, time or money to an organization this is definitely one to check into. Kindred Souls Foundation is a dedicated no-kill sanctuary to dogs and cats in need. They do this by providing holistic care, in pre-screened foster homes, providing screened adoptions, networking wiTh other welfare organizations, plus providing opportunities for fun through their fund-raising efforts.
Educating individuals and groups in the realities of bringing an animal into your life is an important part of the process for Kindred Souls. Education that results in reducing the amount of animals that are lost or abandoned, and celebrating the love that happens when you bring a animal into your life.
